If you are considering the purchase a duck house or a set of plans from
Barto Enterprises, LLC for
the purpose of adding or building a duck house for your pond or lake, please
be sure to read all the information posted on this page.
After reading through the entire page, if you are still interested
in purchasing a duck house or a set of plans, there is a link at
the bottom of the page where you can order.
Plans vs.
Instructions
Plans include a materials list, a list of suggested tools
required, diagrams, cut lengths and basic instructions, and a
photo of the finished product. These are plans and do not
constitute nor should they be confused with a detailed instruction
manual on how to build the duck house. It is assumed that anyone
purchasing the plans has the ability and expertise to use them. The plans
are for the 4 ft. model only. The first page of the plans appears
to the right. (We have decided not to offer plans
on the smaller size.)
Reproduction of any plans
purchased from Barto Enterprises, LLC is forbidden. The purchaser must agree
(through our Sales Agreement) that he/she/they will not use the plans to
start a competing business, nor will he/she/they make any copies of
the plans, or give or sell the
plans to any other person or business once they are finished with
them. These plans are copyrighted and remain the Intellectual
Property of Barto Enterprises, LLC.
Duck house
construction plans may only be returned for credit towards the purchase
of custom-built duck house, as long all original documents are
returned, and the purchaser verifies that he has not made or kept
any copies.
Purchasing a Duck House*
For
construction to be started a minimum of $500 deposit is required
to cover material costs. This deposit is subject to change based
on current material pricing at the time of sale. The balance,
including shipping, will be due prior to shipment of the finished
duck house. (Shipping of the finished house will be the
responsibility of the purchaser.)
*The
retail price of each duck house is based on the actual cost of
materials at the time of purchase. We try to keep the
website updated with any price increases, but we do not guarantee
that costs will not have increased since the last website update.

Return
Policy
All
sales on duck houses and plans are final. No refunds can be given
once your order has started the fulfillment process.

shall be final until confirmed by Barto Enterprises, LLC.
All duck
house plans ordered through Barto Enterprises, LLC, are provided
as-is and Barto Enterprises, LLC, disclaims all other warranties,
express or implied, including merchantability or fitness of
purpose. The photographs placed online may differ from the actual
plans, depending on the modifications performed by the
owner/builder.
Limited
Liability
Barto Enterprises, LLC is not liable for incidental, special,
consequential, or indirect damages of any kind, including, but not
limited to, any economic loss arising out of the use of any
construction plans received from Barto Enterprises, LLC even if
Barto Enterprises, LLC has been advised of the possibility of such
damage. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the
accuracy, compliance with applicable statute or regulation, and
fitness of purpose of any plans or construction information
received from Barto Enterprises, LLC prior to use thereof. In the
event any liability is imposed on Barto Enterprises, LLC; Barto
Enterprises, LLC's liability to you or any third party shall not
exceed the price paid for Barto Enterprises, LLC's product.
To Order
If you wish to order either a fully assembled duck house or a set of
duck house plans,
please email your acceptance of our terms of sale to
kathybarto@yahoo.com.
Acceptable methods of payment are Certified Check, Money Order or
PayPal.
Please print and sign the
Sales
Agreement.
You can either email the signed contract as an attachment or mail
the signed copy with your payment. If you have problem with
Word .doc file, you may also download as a
PDF file here. Contained in the
contract are all payment instructions.
Once a signed sales agreement and your payment have been received, your duck house will be
scheduled for construction and you will be notified by email of
the construction schedule. Once materials have been
purchased, your order cannot be cancelled.
If you are ordering plans, once payment has been received you will be
emailed a PDF file or mailed a hard-copy of the plans, whichever
you request on the sales agreement.
Be advise your order will not be processed until a signed Sales
Contract has been received.
On orders where a hard copy of the plans are request, the order
will not be processed if postage was not paid for.
